OVER WEIGHT
Overweight can be primary(no underlying medical problems) and can be secondary(underlying medical problems).
Overweight is also known as obesity. Obesity can be slef induced, or can be secondary to underlying medical problems. The self induced, or otherwise could be termed “idiopathic” is in principle our responsibility, and it can be very easily controlled if we are serious about it. We only need motivation, will, power inside us, and a plan. Any one can lose weight, and every one is able to trim. You could just do it yourself, or you may need some help and advise you.
Anyone can lose weight, and every one is able to do so. We need to believe in ourselves, our abilities, our potentials, and we need to look inside us searching for the strong will we have and to activate it. We all need to take it easy, never panic, and never see it impossible. You, and you, and you, and I… all of us can lose weight. How much, when, how long time it’ll take us to lose the extra kilos, and what weight targets we need to make and achieve are not that important. Always remember, it is not quantity, but it is quality, and it is a “self-satisfaction”. At the end of the day, your weight is your own business, and you only can make changes if you want to and when you want to.
As mentioned earlier, your weight is the balance between what you put in and what you burn out. It is a very simple equation, and you just need to see it that way. I will definitely talk about the best way – in my view – on how to lose weight without losing your energy, the beautiful face looking, and the lovely figure. I will at first go through those conditions which make you put on weight, then those could be responsible for undesired weight loss, then will end up with thoughts and ideas for you all to look at them , and may be practice them if the weight is your concern.
Finally, just please see your attempts to lose weight as an enjoyable thing, but not a stressful act. Also take it easy, and wait for that day when you achieve your targets. Never panic about it, and don’t worry about weighing yourself every day or even every week. Just make a reasonable plan, and try to stick to it. If you break your obligations, or you make a mistake… never please punnish yourself. Just take it easy, and keep trying…. more will follow soon.
