OUR MESSAGE AS IT SHOULD BE
Yes…. we need to communicate with other people on this planet in order for us to show them the auspices of the religion we believe in away from that non-sense which was added by others out of their extremism and stupid obsession with rituals.
I guess we are – those who learned the life sciences – more able than those who were taught by the extremist religious clergies, and they have seen nothing from this life more than what they have been told and they were allowed to see. As a result of their very limited exposures in this life, they are unable to guess or think or recon… they are unable to ask the right question at the right time. They are only allowed to manoeuvre within their own closed and narrow circle of narrow minded people and those who carry on reciting what they have been told without the courage for them to stop and ask “why”, because they are not allowed to ask such a very simple question.
We – the scientists – are more able than clergy people to talk about religions and about God, because we are able to see deeper in life and more able to appreciate the real links between creatures. We are also more able to listen to others and understand as well as appreciate their way of thinking and their reasoning. We as well can never call others non-believers or infidels, and we never call people of other faiths as atheists or they are our enemies as do the religion traders and those who appointed themselves as “speakers” of Islamic religion…
God had sent prophets and messengers to all people with no exception, and asked everyone to follow. We Muslims have insulted our religion with or without intention when we believed that we are the best nations of the world or the “God’s chosen people”. In the Qur’an, it was mentioned very clearly that “ We sent thee not, but as a mercy for all people”, and also it was mentioned: “ We have not sent thee but as a (Messenger) to all people, giving them Glad tidings, and warning them (against sin), but most people understand not”.
Here, we can see very easily and acknowledge that our message to the people of this planet with no exception that we are brothers and sisters all share the principles of humanity and we have similar duty to be very nice to each other, and to help the needy between us despite of their race, colour, culture, language, location, or religious believes. We need to pass the real message of Islam which is: piece, tolerance, forgiveness, and brotherhood between all the people of this planet.
We are part of this world. Hence, it is our duty to be the first to call for peace, and to give the hand of donation, support, and friendship to everyone around us and far away from us. We need to be the first to call for a world community based on love and friendship away from fighting and animosity. We are supposed to be the first to keep religion for worship but not to separate between people of different faiths and believe.
In the Qur’an, it was clearly mentioned: “Nor did the people of the Book make schisms, until after there came to them Clear Evidence”… which means that, we people have only fought with each other and became enemies after we have received the message of God. We heard the message, but for whatever reason, we couldn’t understand it as it was meant. We then started to fight with each other because of our false understanding and wrong interpretation of the Qur’an.
We Muslims in particular need to change our way of dealing with others, and instead of seeing others as our enemies, let us try to see them as our friends and then we need to try and approach them on those bases to let them know and feel that we are messengers of peace and love, but not devils of death and hate. We need to carry with us olive branches instead of swords, and pens instead of guns. That is the only way we can reflect the peaceful message of Islam if we are really care about Islam and its real message of peace.
